Very nice gay friendly casa particular, close by the Malecón, Casa de la Musica, Old Havana and Havana Vedado at the same time, the bedroom has all facilities and Jose Angel and his friend are very helpful

Casa Jose Angel

My review: I was staying at the casa with my boyfriend and two of our friends. The rooms were clean and spacious and each had a bathroom. There's also TV, A/C, fan and fridge. Jose and Pablo were so nice and friendly, I enjoyed staying at their place and hanging out with them. They are really trustworthy - we went to Vinales for two days and left all our baggage in the room. When we came back, the room was cleaned for our last night. Although, they don't offer breakfast and dinner service, we didn't mind staying there because it was a great opportunity to visit other casa with food and meet more Cuban people. Don't have any doubts about staying here!

Casa de Jose Angel

My review: The casa is very clean, comfortable and very well located. Some minutes walking to the "Habana vieja" and very close by "El Malecon" and Casa de la musica. It's quite near Vedado, where some excellent jazz clubs has latin jazz performances at night.
The hosts, Jose and Pablito, are really nice people and very helpful.

Casa José Angel Suárez

My review: My friend and I stayed a week at José & Pablo's casa in Habana and it was very nice. The room is nice and light and there is a comfy bed (which are rare in Cuba). They made us feel home and gave us all the freedom to feel at home and use the house the way we wanted to.
José and Pablo are very nice and we talked a lot: coffee talk, about culture, just fun, etcetera etcetera.
The casa is in Centro Habana, about a minute walk from the Casa de la Música. Especially if you want to dance a lot (like we did), it is a great place to stay; you can walk home after a night of dancing!
In other reviews I saw that people mention that it's a gay friendly place. I want to point out that it is a wonderful place for straight people too!
They don't offer breakfast or dinner, but restaurants, paladars and markets are all around the corner.

Casa Jose Angel

This place was amazing. Comfortable, safe, and trustworthy. Jose and Pablo are very friendly and helpful and they will make you feel like you are at home. If/when I get to see Cuba again, I will stay there. This is by far the best place I have stayed at in a long time.

Casa Jose Angel

Gay-friendly casa particular.

The casa particular offers one private bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower/bath and toilet. The apartment has a balcony.

Hose und Pablo are very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home! They make you feel part of the family.

They advised me about the do's and don'ts in Havana and the gay places.

A lovely and cosy clean casa in the centro, very close to Malecon but also to the Prado and Havany Vieja is just a tem minute walk. The gay party on Sundays (also on Mondays, Thursday and Thuesday) at Piano Bar Havaneciendo (at Casa de la Musica, C. Neptuno) is just around the corner. The T3 buss stop to the beaches at Playa del Este at Parque Central is a 10 Minute walk away.

I can highly recommend this casa to anyone who want to stay close to the Cuban people and get to know the everyday live of this beautiful island.
