My review: In this casa there are two big rooms, each with their own private bathroom. We only spent one night here, as we were on our way to Trinidad. We had diner and breakfast, and it was very very good. Although we were not planning on it, we actually went diving with Felix, and absolutely do not regret it! It was the first time for both of us, and I was actually quite scared, but Felix is really patient, while at the same time giving you confidence to go another step further (or deeper, in this case ;-) His equipment was good, for as far my untrained eye could tell. They don't really speak another language beside spanish, but even although we speak and understand spanish quite poorly, we managed to understand the diving instructions :)
In the weekend, when we were there, the Cubans in the street liked to put on some music, quite loud. But not to worry, they turn it off at 10 in the evening sharp, so you can have a good night's sleep :) They also have a private parking space for your (rental) car. Playa Larga itself is a bit depressing.

My review: The house has 2 rooms of which 1 with private bathroom. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amerys will cook you the best meals (seafood of any kind etc.) and plenty of it. Felix, her husband is a professional scuba diver. He will has all equipments to go even with groups of 12 and more people if wished. Prices: 45 CUCs for a room with 2 people including 3 meals. Diving: 25 CUCs per diver and dive.
The house is quiet, have a little garden. Nice to stay there some days.

My review about the casa: This house is amazing, it's on the beach,
you have diner and breakfeast on the terrasse on the beach !!
Nelly is really sweat and take car of you,
his husband " El Chino " is a cool guy and he cook really well, he make the best langusta i ever test.
They rent just one room 'cause they just beggin this buisness with lovliness so its better to call for make a reservation ( celular 52 47 87 86 or 987133 )
If you want to dive, ask them because his brother is diving teacher.

And la langosta is the better i never test, really fresh, and this guy is a really good cooker.

My review: I was cycling , and this was a recommendation. The last house on the road to Caleta Buena . Quiet rooms with shared bath,outside shower.Excellent food , this is the place for fresh fish, large portions . Tienda close by . I cycled up and down the coast , Cayo Raymono , Caleta Buena , explored , swam . Snorkeling Trips can be arranged , ask for Cali

This is the only casa in Playa Giron with two rooms. The rooms are nice and big, the owner Luis speak good english and gives a lot of information.
