Horse tour
Vinales
I've just got back from Cuba and spent five days in Vinales. It's more beautiful than I thought, and the horse tour guide was unforgettable. I'd seen lots of skinny, small horses that I don't think looked well-kept or cared for, and didn't want to ride them. I then met a nice man in the town who turned out to be a horse-tour guide and took me to see the horses he owns. He, too, feels many of the horses in Vinales aren't treated well, but his horses were beautiful - big, strong, well-fed, well cared for and loved. I felt much happier after meeting them, and went on a five hour tour for 40CUC. I learned to roll my own cigar with tobacco from the local land, I learned how they harvest and make the coffee, I went in caves, swam in a natural lake, and enjoyed a nice pina colada at the top of a mountain. I can't praise this man and his horses enough. If you'd like to get in touch I can connect you to him, so please email me! cassieyeldham@gmail.com

Went to Vinales and a lot of people ask to do horse excursions and sometimes they tell you to take you to a place, but actually they take you somewhere else. I was really angry after four hours horse riding to nowhere. Then i met this young guy in the city and told him my story and he took me the other day for a horse trio with my friend for free to he place that we wanted to go. He didnot want us to leave cuba with the wrong feeling. That's why i recommend to call before you want to make a horse ride:
Jesus Ramon or Yoanki Rodriguez Sosa phone: +53 52549077
They were so nice that wanted to mention them here!
