We offer a beautiful room to spend your holidays in Viñales with air condition, fan, hot and cold water, matrimonial bed and additional bed, independent entrance. We have a beautiful outside breakfast porch to relax and a veranda in front of the house with mountain view.
We warmly welcome families with kids as we have an additional bed in the room. Babysitter service is possible any time.
Our house is located right at the entrance to the valley with its beautiful Mogotes. Just a few steps to nature, and only 7 minute walk to the center of town!
We offer delicious food homemade by Tatica and the best fresh juices and milkshakes in the valley.
Horseback riding, cave exploration, mountain climbing and nature walks are all available through our sportive sons Pichi and Yainel.
Kids are very welcome. We are happy to arrange birthday celebrations and special kids events like visits to the plantation settlements to play with the farm animals and local kids and to eat mango and guayaba right from the trees!
We can arrange meetings with Taticas father, the traditional healer of the valley. His patients come from all over the world.
We are looking forward to welcome you in Viñales and make your time with us the best you will have in Cuba.

How much did you pay per night?: 20cuc

The casa is well situated at the end of the town, very close to the Park. It is lovely to see all the horses going past the door. It is quiet as it is away from the center but only a few minutes walk.
The family is lovely and very helpful

How was your room?: The room had a double and a single bed with a shower and was very clean.

How was the food they offer?: The breakfasts were amazingly big and the evening meals were good.

My review: Tatica and el chino are two wonderful persons. We stayed there one week and it was so great. We ate so great, and we had so much fun with all the family. If you want to go to Vinales, just stay with them because it gonna be a very good experience.
How was your room?: Very cosy, we had a bedroom and a bathroom very clean just for us (we were two). They respected our intimity.
How was the food they offer?: Sooo good. We ate to much, fish, beans, fruits, smoothies...

Casa Tatica Y El Chino

My review: We slept three nights at Casa tatica Y El Chino. Really such lovely people! Really a must, for us this was one of the most authentic casas. Nice and simple and not much hassle, we felt we really at home. Very sweet people, who are also gewelig good with small children (we stayed there with three children under 5 years). Also super nice that tatica nursed the children so that we could go for a ride on horseback.
We really had a very good (rich) breakfast, and super good dinner, really a must if you are going to sleep here!

My review: We couldn't ask for a warmer welcome!

Tatica, Chino, Maibel, Pichi, Yainiel and little Jessica really made us feel at home, like we were ourselves part of that fantastic family.

We stayed 11 nights here with our two young children (3 years boys and 10 months). But if we could start over, we would have stayed our entire month in Cuba in the home of Tatica and Chino, as we were happier here than everywhere else.

In addition to having a heart of gold, Tatica is an excellent cook. She prepared us three excellent meals a day with care and devotion, making sure there was something to please everyone. The food was always ready at the agreed time, which was a blessing with two young kids. Tatica even managed to vary the dishes and make us surprise recipes we never encountered anywhere else. We were served yummy juices or milkshakes with each meal. And the food was so plentiful; we could never eat all of it, however hard we tried.

There is a lot to see and do in Vinales. Tatica is well connected and can help to plan any activity in the region. She arranged legal bicycles renting for us (very good bicycles, 10$ per day each) and Yainiel took us for a wonderful horse ride in the valley.

We had a wonderful stay in the casa of Tatica and Chino and hope to have the chance to come back one day.

How was your room?: Comfortable, with two beds equipped with mosquito nets (and it's the only place where we haven't been bothered by mosquito bites at night).

How was the food they offer?: Excellent. Tatica is an excellent cook. She prepared us three excellent meals a day with care and devotion, making sure there was something to please everyone. Other services they offer: Tatica and Maibel really love kids and will babysit them with pleasure. Pichi and Yainiel can guide walking tour or horseback riding tour in the valley. Attic can facilitate bicycle rental or taxi rides.
