My review about the casa: One of the best casas in Vinales due to the perfect treatment via the nice and funny host mayelin. Very clean, fresh towels and blankets all the time. mayelin doesn't leave any wish open always taking care carefully of her guests. however you want your food or coffee, whatever you need, whatever you want to know- she always helps without being invasive.
you have your private space but being served perfectly.
the room and bathrooms are nice and comfortable, one room being really big with lot of space. you're provided with hairdryer and and other stuff you might need.
the food is excellent, breakfast plenty and as to every taste, of course fresh fruits or fruit juices or strong cuban coffee never missing.
mayelin also organizes excursions, bike rent or whatever if desired.
i really felt at home in her house, from the terrace you have a nice view of the valley and are able to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
the casa is not really in the center though it only takes 4 minutes walking to get to the main square. this is fine as it is a quiet street at night (in daytime all streets of this small town are quite busy). it's a perfect place to sleep well and relax.
How was your room?: Big, spaceous with big private bathroom, very clean, fridge with cool water, beer, juices in the room, of course there is aircondition and there are fans
How was the food they offer?: delicious, abundant, fresh and they always fulfilled all wishes, if you want fresh vegetable and chicken soup you will get it at once.
