Casa Colonial Mercedes
My review: Absolutely the must.
Good informations, excellent cooking, friendly welcome.
Mercedes and her son are really sincere.

Casa Colonial Mercedes
My review: We felt immediately at ease and at home. Through son Maikel we were abel to arrange the excursions we wanted (caves, bycicle, horse ride). The food was excellent and we had dinner every night at the casa.

Other services they offer: When we noticed our clothes were all dirty, the casa arranged to get them wased.
Other comments: Mercedes speaks spanish and her son Maikel speaks very well English and can arrange all kinds of facilities.

Casa Colonial Mercedes
My review: We had a great time at Casa Colonial Mercedes, thanks to Mercedes' kindness and cooking, making as well a special soup when my son was not feeling well. Maikel for the organisation of our trips and information about what to do and the afternoon conversations in the rocking chairs with a glass of rum and cigar.
Nothing is too much for them.
The house is very central in the city of Vinales , sometimes it can be a bit noisy early in the morning but not a real problem . The room is very clean and in the three days we stayed there had as well a change of towels .

Casa Colonial Mercedes
My review: This is the first casa we stayed in and wow what a good first experience! So friendly, so warm, so helpfull. We immidiately got offered a refreshing juice. Mercedes speaks a little English and we only a very little Spanish but we managed to arrange it all. Her son Mikhail came home a little later and he helped us in arranging the next day tour. He did this very well. Both really understand how to make sure guests really experience a good time.
Besides all the hospitality Mercedes is also very good in preparing good dinner and breakfast.
All in all we had a wonderfull time, this casa sure deserves the Zoover Award they just won.

Other services they offer: Mikhail, Mercedes' son speaks at least English and French very well. He really did a great job in organizing our tour for the next day.
Other comments: What a wonderfull family! We could park our car in front of the house.
