Hostel El Ranchon, also called Marisol & Salvador

My review: An oasis of calm. Immaculate room. Lovely garden dining area plus pool. Great meals.
Truly a 5 star casa!
How was your room?: Very nice and modern, white tiles throughout, huge, new beds.
How was the food they offer?: Excellent

Casa Marisol y Salvador

My review: This Casa is good but expensive. We chose it as a 1 night stop through travelling from Santa Clara to Soroa. The room rate was reasonable and the room was large with bathroom and very tidy. The casa has a great set up with a bar and a pool but you pay for this in other ways. We left with 1 night and 1 dinner and 1 breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children was 90CUC which was the most expensive night we have had compared to the other 7 casas we stayed in Cuba. Also did not appreciate being offered Juice as soon as we got there and then being charged for it at a high price.
The owners are obviously trying to offer a great casa with all the facilities but for a stop over it was too expensive for us.
