Our casa particular offers you two spacious and comfortable rooms on the first floor, with air conditioning; television, refrigerator, private bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and balcony with pretty look of the city, We can speak with you in English and Spanish. We are sure you will enjoy our casa and your staying here. They both have private and independent bathroom with hot water. They offer taxi and laundry service, no breakfast or dinners. The ceilings are very high (around 4 meters height) to give better temperature and allow the winds across the house.
The price of the room is 25.00 cuc per night
The check out is 12:00m and check in is 2:00pm, but if you need to leave or travel later because your ticket time we can keep your luggage in safe place until your leave and if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage and walkand walk around until room be ready ,all for your happiness.

We are in the center of Havana, what allows you to travel important commercial and historical centers just walking, it is only at 10 minutes from the Historical Helmet of Havana and Vedado, at 5 minutes from de Chinese Town and Havana Casa de la Musica, as well as at 50m of the famous thematic Restaurant ¨La Guarida¨. Other important places as Hospital ¨Hermanos Ameijeiras¨ , Havanan Pier, floridita, capitolio, bulevar de san rafael and bulevar de obispo.

(10 minutes walking from our house) and travels trough the most of the city by a nice price per day and stopping in many places all around.

I strongly recommend staying at Casa Mirador de Concordia. Leticia and Alejandro are wonderful people, very helpful in any situation and super-welcoming! Me and my wife spent a week in la Havana during Christmas time and couldn't have a better time. They invited us to spend some lovely family time on the day of Christmas during which they offered us food and drinks and, most important, they let us feel like we were celebrating with old friends and family! They provided us a perfect combination of privacy and warm, friendly interactions. If you like, Alejandro will spoil you with a nice drink every night and organize transportation to/from the airport and around the Country. Also, Leticia helped us finding a place in Vinales, where we had a great time at her friend's house. Their location in Concordia is just perfect, walking distance from all the main attractions, and their price is the best you can find in la Havana.
VERY IMPORTANT: get directly in touch with them through Cuba Junky website or Leticia's email (leticalab@gmail.com). She will reply you very fast from her personal email and in this way Booking.com or similar website won't take a big commission. For our next trip we won't have any doubts but going back to Casa Mirador de Concordia!

Wir sind inzwischen zum sechsten Mal hier in Havanna bei Alejandro und Leticia und gehören schon fast zur Familie. Wie immer war der Aufenthalt unvergesslich, die Zimmer schön und sehr sauber, zum Frühstück genießen wir den guten kubanischen Kaffee und frische Säfte. Dieses Mal waren wir über Weihnachten hier und alle Gäste wurden am 25.12. nachmittags von Leticia zu einer kleinen Weihnachtsfeier eingeladen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein kleiner Weihnachtsbaum und wir bekamen Cidre, Nudelsalat, Kekse und Flan serviert. Außerdem hat uns Alejandro wie immer mit Cocktails versorgt!! Zum Nachtisch habe ich mit meinem Mann zusammen auf dem Balkon eine Zigarre geraucht, das Leben auf der Straße beobachtet und die Sonne genossen. Wir können Miradordeconcordia457 uneingeschränkt empfehlen: Zimmer sind gut, Frühstück ist lecker, die Lage ist perfekt. Hier ist man in einem Wohngebiet im richtigen Havanna, nicht im Zentrum „Bilderbuch-Havanna“ mit den perfekt sanierten Gebäuden, aber man ist in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß im Touristenzentrum, am Capitolio, in der calle Obispo und nur drei Blocks vom Malecon entfernt. Mirador de Concordia 457

My review: We have just returned from a very interesting holiday to Cuba. During our tour we stayed at Mirador de Concordia 457 in Havana. The casa is beautifully decorated and the room has a large fan, comfy beds, clean and spacious bathroom, wardrobe, hangers and mirrors. Soon after we arrived Leticia, who speaks good English, provided a map of interesting places to visit, restaurants where locals eat and listen to local music, and direction to the Vieja the old Havana. The casa is strategically located. The Malecon is just a few blocks away, The road Concordia leads straight to Vieja Capitol building and to O'Reily. On the way there you pass through the busy shopping area. Staying at Mirador de Concordia 457 you get to see both side of Havana, the Vedado and the Vieja.
The casa owner Alejandro is a taxi driver. He met us at Viazul bus station when we arrived, and drove us to the airport when we departed.
We enjoyed the friendliness and hospitability of Leticia and Alejandro and felt very welcome.

My review: Alejandro and Leticia were very welcoming and stayed up to greet us even though our flight was very delayed. They were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Alejandro drew us a map and explained local and city sites to us along with some useful advice including a great restaurant called Zarzal located on the same road as the casa.
Other comments: Really friendly, we enjoyed our time here. Fresh pineapple juice was good and always available!
