My review: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Isel was the most hospitable host I have ever had! She is so sweet and was very willing to book trips, restaurants, and shows. She has a great heart and really cares that her visitors enjoy their stay in Cuba. The casa was very cozy and clean.
How was your room?: The room was nice and colorful. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I slept very well on the bed.
How was the food they offer?: The food was amazing! We had fresh fruit, omelet, and bread and cheese everyday :) We had guava and pineapple juice. The absolute best was the fresh watermelon juice we had! For dinner, we had grilled chicken, rice, yellow rice, plantains, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, and we also had freshly squeezed juice. Every meal left me very satisfied!!
Other services they offer: They also offered laundry services but I did not take advantage.
Other comments: I think this is the BEST place you can stay in Havana. It is in the heart of Vieja Habana in the midst of all the tourist attractions and the vibrant Cuban people.

My review: hostess is very boisterous and helpful.
breakfast rather scanty.
as is not uncommon was bumped from this casa to her mum's apartment which is a floor up.
nice enough bedroom, small bathroom.
How was your room?: nice enough, bit squashed but they tried to put everything you need - and/or don't need in there ie tv, desk, fridge
How was the food they offer?: breakfast I have to say was rather poor
Other services they offer: mum did my laundry - and I paid for it
