A colonial casa particular with 3 floors, with a large terrace on the top floor with a nice view of the Vedado.

Our house is located in the center of the Vedado, on the Calle Paseo at 5 minutes walking distance from the well known Plaza de la Revolution and Calle 23 that leads to the Malecon, but much closer to El Cementerio de Colon, Hotel Nacional, Habana Libre, Riviera, Melia Cohiba, Teatro Nacional, la Rampa, Memorial José Martí, Delirio Habanero, Café Cantante, Jazz Café, Zorra y El Cuervo, etc.

We rent two very spacious rooms with minibar and wardrobe. The best room of the house is a private apartment on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and a tiny kitchen that the guest can use at their own discretion, with a private access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the panoramic view. The second room is on the middle floor with a private large bathroom with bathtub (ideal for small children).

We offer breakfast with fresh tropical fruits and juices freshly made every morning, coffe and home-made bread. The house and the room are cleaned daily. Lunch and Dinner are always available and we are happy to cook anything that our guests asks for. (Meat, Fish, Vegetarian)

We are happy to offer a free baggage custody service for those guests who wants to travel around Cuba with a backpack. We also organize taxi pick-ups service from anywhere in Havana and many other service upon request.

My review: My cousin and I have no words to express how grateful we are to this wonderful and warm family. We immediately felt part of the family and it has been so sad the moment of saying "goodbye". We definitely recommend Luis & Ruby, for their kindness, honesty and friendliness! With love! How was your room?: Big, 1 wedding bed and 1 single, air conditioned, with fridge, water, bathroom, towels, soap, lights, everything!

How was the food they offer?: Amazing! Tasty and the breakfast was endless! And the most of the food they have offered was home-made!
