My review: Highly recommended
Very nice and helpful teacher couple, big, new and very clean room in the 1st Floor, roof terrace with sea views, private breakfast terrace, perfect location to the sea and center. The teachers are happy about brought pens, which they distribute to colleagues.

Casa Rafael y Adis
My review: I stayed with a friend at Rafael´s house for two nights. They gave us a spacious room on the terrace. In the morning we were served a very complete breakfast on the terrace and at night we had delicious meals. I highly recommend this casa.

Casa Rafael y Adis
My review: Ante todo, queremos hacer público nuestro agradecimiento por la maravillosa y calurosa acogida y también nuestro ya afecto para con Rafael Labori y su esposa Adis, con los que compartimos en su casa de Baracoa unos días inolvidables. ¡Dos personas encantadoras, abiertas, educadas, cercanas y... cultas!
Además de estar esperándonos, ¡cuál no fue nuestra sorpresa al ser recibidos invitándonos a subir a la terraza para disfrutar de una extraordinaria vista del mar y de las montañas, degustando un delicioso y fresco cóctel de pomelo con ron, -gigante pomelo para los que estamos acostumbrados a pomelos europeos- y conversando como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida! Conversaciones que reanudamos con mucho gusto en veladas a la caída de la noche y también tras el desayuno en el porche de su confortable casa que da a una tranquila calle, correspondiendo al saludo de algunas personas de la vecindad que por allí pasaban, recreándonos con el sereno ambiente de la calle, disfrutando del fresco...
Esta casa, situada en un lugar estratégico para la visita de Baracoa (malecón, centro ciudad, catedral, castillo, etc. a tan sólo unos pasos), ofrece un alojamiento muy cómodo. Además de las espectaculares vistas de la ya mencionada terraza, el amplio, luminoso y bien decorado a la vez que acogedor vestíbulo-salón con el que uno se encuentra al llegar, te hace sentir a gusto en esta casa desde el primer instante y, además, tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño son amplios, confortables y bien equipados.
La discreción de Rafael y Adis así como de la cocinera, se combinan muy bien con su disponibilidad y cercanía. Los adjetivos con los que podríamos calificar tanto la cena como el desayuno (sólo cenamos y desayunamos) pueden ser innumerables: abundante, exquisita, propia de buena cocina, de calidad, muy bien presentada, etc., etc., etc., destacando como plato estrella de la casa el delicioso "Pescado en leche de coco" y la abundante, fresca y variada fruta.
Guardamos tal recuerdo que no nos faltan las ganas para regresar otra vez a esta casa, aunque Madrid quede tan lejos, por lo que se la recomendamos encarecidamente a todo aquel que tenga la fortuna de pasar por Baracoa.
¡UNA ESTANCIA INOLVIDABLE!

My review: excellent accomodation and lovely people
the accomodation offered by Rafael and Adis is really excellent. The room is big and very confortable ( recently renewed), on top of it there is a beautiful terrace with view to the sea. The family is easy going and always available to help the tourists, they also take care very much of the food (Baracoa's specialities in particular). Rafael also helped us in founding a taxi particular to our next destination (guardalavaca, quite far from Baracoa and very bad connected) that revealed to be also an excellent solution.

It is a house in which we find owners (both teachers) very attentive. Excellent location, cleanliness, comfort in price / servicio.Excelente view of the city from the terrace. The exquisite food (use service breakfast, lunch and dinner) with good prices. Thanks for making us feel right at home. (Luisa and son-Mar del Plata / Argentina).

La Terraza de Rafael y Adis
My review: The house Adis and Rafael is one of the most comfortable, clean and nice we visited on our tour in Cuba. We arrived by chance and was very lucky. The owners are attentive, friendly and respectful. The super-family atmosphere, amazing food, we would have liked to have more days to sample more dishes. Baracoa is as beautiful as noisy, so it is important that this house is located in this street is quiet and strategic sightseeing. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable! LA TERRAZA de BARACOA (RAFAEL Y ADIS)
My review: It's a rental house in the center of Baracoa, the street where the house is located is small and very quiet, no noise, are two separate rooms,like a pent-house, each with a balcony, terrace with sea view to the roofs typical of the colonial city and the beautiful mountains of Baracoa.
The owners of the house, ADIS-professor of English and Computers and RAFAEL-Professor of Geography, know the area and can organize wonderful excursions, they live alone,Edward is the son of Rafael and Adis and Yixel is his wife,she is a very good cooker, specialist in traditional dishes.
The incredible prices, only 25.00 per night, breakfast is 3.00 per person and dinner 8.00
The rooms are spacious and airy with a capacity of more than two people, air conditioning, bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours, windows to the 4 corners, garden herbs and flowers, book exchange library in different languages, fridge and all kinds of amenities.
They offer various services: cleaning, bicycle rental, organization of tours, dance classes, Spanish language and Creole cuisine, the specialty is fish in coconut milk (a treat!!)
They can go with confidence to spend a super good time!!

La Terraza de Rafael y Adis
My review: I just returned from Baracoa where I stayed with Rafael and Adis.
From the first moment I felt good, I was greeted with a smile that did more left during the 12 days I stayed.
Warmth, well-being in this casa ideally located in the city center, comfortable (and it works!), Cleanliness of the room, the food is hearty, delicious and original. Entrance which is very convenient when you're partying and we returned later.
The prices are very decent.
Rafael knows the area well and will give you good tips if you need.
I strongly recommend you address, Ha Baracoa when you hold us!

My review: "A casa particular with 5 stars!"
We stayed in November 2012 for a week in Baracoa in the home of Rafael and Adis.
It was true there it all, it was fantastic, compliments! Nice room and terrace with sea view, very neat and clean, quiet, good food and everyone was always looking for our welfare.
Rafael also gave us special tips and we enjoyed it with him to chat over a cup of coffee.
So very briefly, if only to Baracoa then Rafael and Adis.

La Terraza de Rafael y Adis
My review: Nice accommodations, great food
We were there for 3 nights. The room was large and spotless and with its patio just for us the real hit. Breakfast with everything for 3 CUC and the best fish and shrimp curry of my life for 8 CUC. The owners were nice and very discreet. Nevertheless, they always get us ready. The daughter cooks great.
If again Baracoa, then definitely stay here.
