My review: After a nice welcome i spent 6 nights at the beautiful upstair room. i felt like at home and the food was fine as well. daily room cleaning was good too. a real good place to stay in the center of Baracoa. Johnny W.

Casa Rafael y Adis
My review: One of the must-see in some of the most interesting places in Cuba, the home of Rafael and Adis in Baracoa.
Check in with the curiosity of every human being in the unknown, where everyone has a personal opinion, but when to be home of Rafael and Adis, my curiosity hand, since the place was very focused and very central to landmarks, which kindly provided a blueprint, you can report the culture, lives, and tourism landscape of Cuba's oldest city, founded by Christopher Columbus in 1492
The excellent room service, hot water all the time, and the bathroom in perfect hygienic conditions, very important good privacy, clean beds and air conditioning daily.
Food very tasty, very typical of the area, I recommend some shrimp in sauce which Adis ago, I asked and she said if millet if jaaa.jaaaaa.
Environment, hospitality and generosity without words, and especially personal and material security, has a terrace overlooking the city, the sea and with privacy.

La Terraza de Rafael y Adis
My review: One can connect the traveler actually before us is: we have felt very comfortable in Rafael's house, built in the family and we still had our own private space. From the beginning, we had the feeling of being welcomed. Questions and requests could be made at any time, Rafael and Adis also asked specifically for it and were very concerned about our welfare. They are very generous in everything. The breakfast was delicious, especially with the cocoa that was served. The dinner deserves a special mention: the best food, what we got served in Cuba: rich, delicious and prepared with love and served by Yixel, daughter in-law. Overall, a prima experience that should not be missed if you go private in Cuba and thus can learn about the daily life.

Geben Sie hier Ihren Kommentar!Wir haben uns auf unserer zweiwoechigen Cuba-Rundreise fuer zwei Uebernachtungen in der Casa Rafael Navarro entschieden. Eine sehr gute Wahl, wie wir bereits in regem Emailverkehr vor der Reise feststellen konnten. Adis und Rafael waren bereits in der schriftlichen Kommunikation sehr freundlich und antworteten prompt. Nachdem wir ausserplanmaessig bereits einen Tag frueher angereist sind und ueberraschenderweise vor ihrer Haustuer standen, waren sie sehr freundlich und vermittelten uns sofort eine weitere Casa fuer eine Nacht damit wir nicht draussen schlafen mussten (das Zimmer war noch belegt). Alles ging schnell und unkompliziert! An dieser Stelle sei gesagt, dass die Casa "Senora Neida" Uebrigens auch uneingeschraenkt empfehlenswert ist! Rafael und Adis (beide Lehrer) emfingen uns mit offenen Armen, waren immer freundlich und bestrebt uns eine gute Zeit in Baracoa zu bescheren. Was ihnen auch ueberaus gut gelang. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Reinigung erfolgte taeglich und das Essen auf der besuchereignen Terrasse war ein Genuss. Immer wieder gerne bei Rafael und Adis!! My review: I was hosted at the home of Rafael in two ocasiones.La house is very beautiful and cozy, with a very quiet family, the house is very close to the most beautiful cultural places of the city, the owners are great people, friendly and professionals. The food is exquisite with a special flavor, I recommend visiting this house in Baracoa, I think it's one of the best house in Cuba, surely will be a memorable experience, I visit again next year.

My review: I've been staying in the house of Rafael in two ocasiones.The house is wonderful and very beautiful, with a very quiet and friendly, close to the city's cultural center, the owners are great people, charismatic, very friendly and professional, always ready to offer you an unforgettable stay in the city, the food is exquisite with a special flavor, I love this house and lived Baracoa memorable experience. I am sure that is one of the best houses in Cuba. I'm thinking about going back to visit soon.

My review: This casa is absolutely gorgeous.
The rooms are nice and tidy (with ac), the food is excellent and the family is very friendly.

How was your room?: We stayed in both rooms and they both have their extras. I prefer the one at the first floor, as it has manz windows, is roomy and quite calm.

Rafael y Adis
My review: We came here for 3 nights on our honeymoon but ended up staying longer as we loved the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of Rafaels house. The room is really comfortable and private on a separate floor. There is good air conditioning and a fan too. The room was cleaned and made up everday to the standard of a hotel. The roof terrace is a really good place to sit in a rocking chair and admire the view of the rooftops of Baracoa, the sea and lush tropical hills behind. The whole family is really welcoming and Rafaels son speaks English. The food was so delicious we did not eat outside of the casa as each day we were excited to taste the tasty and generous food prepared by the family. I would highly recommend the local coconut sauce. We would definately stay here again and we only wishe! d we had more time there.

My review: The house is in the middle of the small but very charmful town Baracoa.From the "terraza" on the rooftop you have a great view all over the ton and the sea. Diner And breakfast are rich and diferent to the rest of cuba.I stayed in Cuba for 2 months and after two months of rice and beans I really enjoyed eating something else.Me and my friend had an excelent fish in the typically baracoan coconut milk sauce and for vegetarians they cook another traditional dish which is called "calalu".Great service and very very friendly people!Id like to come back soon for sure!

My review: We stayed there a few days ago. The casa is nice and clean - the view from the terrace is magnificent! Rafael y Adis are superfriendly people who also dont hesitate to respond to special wishes (vegetarian meals!)Food is great in this casa! We enjoyed our vegetables in tasty coconut sauce! Rafael also helped us to find cheap and reliable bikes for a day and the room was also cheap.

My review: This is a return visit because we enjoyed it so much last time. Very friendly hospitable family, with great food. Very comfortable room above the families rooms with windows on three sides for welcome sea breezes. Also a shaded terrace above the room with great sea views. English spoken well.

Casa Rafael y Adis
My review: Rafael and Adis, and their immediate family, were very welcoming, starting from meeting us as the airport and throughout our stay. Our room was delightful, very clean and private, and breakfast was great. Dinner - cooked by their daughter-in-law - was delicious and we enjoyed tasty prawns, fish and lobster in generous portions.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this casa - it was a lovely start to our trip around Cuba.

My review: I loved this place in Baracoa, high hospitality, beautiful roof terrace and the
rooms are very clean.The owners are very nice and helpful. No doubt one of the nicest casas in cuba .Located quite close to the Viazul bus station, right location, behind the church at the town square. You could not find a better host than Rafael and Adis. Casa Rafael and Adis offers you a very peaceful, quiet, relaxing and friendly staying, when you get tired after the journey to Baracoa. Comfortable rooms with airco, clean bathroom, warm water and great beds. We spend a I will be back to stay with Rafael and Adis, this is for sure.. The family made my stay really unforgettable.

My review: Fantastic location, lovely large clean room.We loved Baracoa and staying with Rafael and Adis made our time here perfect.
The food in the casa was the best food we had in Cuba, and the traditional baracoan dish of fish in coconut sauce was a highlight.
The casa has a lovely roof terrace with views of the town, sea and mountains.

My review: A wonderful, very friendly, quiet and clean place in the city-center of Baracoa. You feel at home in this casa particulares. You start the day with a delicious breakfast including eggs, coffee, juice and more. At the evening relax on the roof top terrace with a nice view over the city, mountains and seaside. If you like, you also can have a freshly prepared dinner, which is deliciouse. Thanks to Rafael and Adis for the wonderful start into the year 2012.
