best casa particular ever in trinidad, and I 've been going to quite a fex in the last 10 years .
Milagro and Bury are just great people, lovely , they will do everything for you to have a lovely holiday.
the food is gorgeous , and the hous e as well .
I recommend strongly!
The house is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and large. The shower water is always warm. The kitchen is the best I've tried in Cuba and the hospitality of the hosts is unmatched. It is certainly the best home.
is the best casa particular of the island formany reason:
great cuban food, great people, very carefull cleaning, hot water, great disponibility and especially grat salsa lessons!!!
Mila and Bury are the best hosts anyone could ask for! They love to talk and answer all the questions. Taking care of their guests is their number 1 priority. Their food is delicious and our room was great. We hope to be able to visit them again in the future.
great food.
fantastic hosts. cordial, friendly, helpful.
excellent cleaning.
fantastic!!!
My husband have been to Cuba seven times, and have travelled around to many places including Havana, Vinales, Cienfuego, Trinidad and elsewhere.
Trinidad is a great town to visit ... lots of music and art, Milagros and Bury are wonderful hosts, always cheery and helpful. The room on the second floor is very nice and has a little balcony off of it where you can sit and watch interesting cuban life below on the street. Hope to visit and stay again sometime in the future.
Milagros and Bury work very hard to ensure their clients are well taken care of. The rooms are clean and nice, the food is excellent and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. |

Casa La Milagrosa
After all the reviews we had read we were very excited about staying there. We had booked and agreed that we should stay 2 nights with them and the 3rd night in some other casa. When we arrived we had someone waiting for us at the bus station, and after she had taken us with bici taxi to the casa she told us that she is Mila's cousin and that we can't stay with Mila because her brother had just come to visit her from Canada. So we got to stay in another casa on the same street. I had read from Tripadvisor that this had happen to few others also (with other excuses) so I was prepared. And the casa we stayed in was quite nice. But it would have been nice that Mila had informed us by email in advance.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. Mila and Bury are wonderful, wonderful people. I highly recommend staying in their home. They have a wonderful clean space, and Bury creates the best food in Cuba! Mila arranged for private taxi to Varadero shared with only a few other tourists for a better price than public transit, laundry services, exchanged our money and helped us with reservations. Bury also made sure I made it to the pharmacy when I wasn't feeling wel.. They totally went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable so we could enjoy our holiday.
We had a blast staying here. Eating a wonderful breakfast in the casa and then doing tours of the city or going to a fabulous beach, returning to casa for a gourmet meal before heading out dancing!
You can't beat this place!~!!

I have sojourned in Milagrosa from 1 to August 6 th 2010 with my husband.
We have been very well. The house is very taken care of and the room was very comforting and reserved.
Mila and Bury are fantastic people, that cover you of attentions without being intrusive not at all.
Always available to any application, is pleasant, special and despite my bad Spaniar, I have entertained pleasant conversations both with Mila and Bury. The kitchen is excellent, delicious and the terrace in which they serve the diiner is an unique place, romantic, beautiful.
There are all touched ones.
I cannot wait to return!

Casa Hostal La Milagrosa
Disappointment
That's my feeling regarding Casa La Milagrosa. After all the reviews I read I was very excited about staying there. But when I arrived I had someone waiting for me at the bus station, and that person didn't talk much. At some point we arrive to the house, but not to the house i booked (and confirmed), at some point I realise I wasn't in the right place and asked why I wasn't at La Milagrosa, at that point the lady started to say that La Milagrosa had told me, that she was at the Hospital, well, a bunch of big excuses. La Milagrosa as just across the street so I went there to wounder what was going on. When I varied I realize that they weren't at the Hospital like I was told, but right there. I asked why they changed and nobody told me anything and they start with excuses saying they couldn't have any tourists at te moment, and so, and so on, close to the end of our conversation some other couple arrived and stayed, and to me she was saying she couldn't take anyone :-S I never understood the reason, but I guess that just the way some Cubans are.
It's a petty!

Hostal La Milagrosa
A very clean and friendly casa.
Milagros and Bury could not be any better and we were made to feel at home the moment we arrived.
Bury's cooking is the best in Cuba we have been to Cuba six times and have travelled all over Cuba mostly staying in hotels.
We would have no hesitation in recommending their casa as its everything one could want and you are getting to know the real Cuba and Trinidad not the exclusive package holiday. We will defiantly return to stay with them in future.
Casa style: Fantastic hosts, Comfertable, Cozy, Hidden gem, Roomy, Safe
Amenities: Internet, Private entrance, Airconditioning, Private bathroom, Minibar, Laundry service, Balcony,
How was your room?: Very Clean and comfortable with two double beds.
Fresh crisp bed linen and towels every two days.
Large Fridge well stocked from which we could help ourselves to. Balcony overlooking the street to observe the street life.
Private bathroom well stocked with toiletry's.
Lots of hot water.
How was the food the offer?: Anything you could want and no problem with fussy eaters.
we had dinner every night with wine except for one in the ten days we spent there. We also had breakfasts every morning. With the occasional cocktail on the terrace in the evening.
Bury is a fantastic Cook.
Other services they offer: Someone to mind our hired car at night.
They could organise trips or dancing lessons if we need them.
Nothing was a bother for them they are really very friendly and accommodatin.
Other comments: After our stay in La Milagrosa we would not ever stay at the hotels in Trinidad or the Playa.

Casa La Milagrosa
Our stay in Trinidad with Mila and Bury is one of the best and warmest memories we have of our holiday in Cuba. A lovely, friendly couple who go all out to make you feel at home. Any help you need they're always there! The room is cosy and well-maintained. The food is amazing - dont eat anywhere else, Burys food is the best! It's a lovely experience to stay with them, learn some salsa from Bury, meet their friends, etc. I would recommend this casa to anyone planning a visit to Trinidad.
Casa style: Fantastic hosts, Comfertable, Safe
How was your room?: The room was cosy and well maintained.Large beds, clean sheets and private bathroom.
How was the food the offer?: The best in Cuba- Bury's the best!
Other services they offer: Helping you plan your days, organising taxis, salsa lessons...anything you need help in!

My husband and I stayed at Hostal La Milagrosa for 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this casa to everyone. Milagrosa and Bury are wonderful hosts. The home is very clean and in a fantastic location--just 5 minutes from downtown Trinidad.
Casa style: Fantastic hosts, Comfertable, Roomy, Romantic, Safe
How was your room?: Our room was large and clean with a private bathroom and balcony, which is fantastic to hang out on after a long day of site seeing while drinking a beer from the maxi-bar.
How was the food the offer?: Bury is a FANTASTIC cook and offered up some of the best food we had during our two-weeks in Cuba. A typical dinner consists of lobster encrusted in garlic and butter, crispy plantains, spicy black beans with cumin (the best I ever had), white rice, salad and coconut custard flan. Wear your pants with an elastic waistband since you won't be able to stop eating. He is also happy to accommodate vegetarians. Also, the setting for our meals was beautiful. Each night we had dinner on the rooftop terrace, which was incredibly romantic and very peaceful. We also had breakfast here every morning--equally good.
Other services they offer: Milagrosa will help make arrangements for day trips if help is needed. We often relied on her to recommend sites to see and transport. She was extremely helpful.
Other comments: Ask Bury to teach you salsa!
