One of the most acceptable restaurants in town is placed between the wonderfully restaured ruins of a XVII century building, once a sugar storehouse. Specialized in the typical, local kitchen called cocina criolla, its opening hours allow to go there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, just a drink or join a nightly concert. Since it position is not this close anymore to the road to Varadero, the place is not crowed with tourists anymore and deserves to be visited. The service is very friendly, very Cuban.

Located next to the pier from which ships to Laguna del Tesoro and Villa Guama leave. This restaurant is a nice wooden country house and one of our favourite places in the zone to enjoy a tasty creole cuisine.

In the way between Guama and Playa Larga, this ship-shaped restaurant is located. It offers good fish like prawns, lobsters and crocodiles. Recommended. There is also a beach nearby where to have a bath.

Near from the famous cocodrile breeding site, its specialty is the cocodrile meat. This restaurant is the only one of this type in Cuba. It is interesting.
