The recently
made pure cigars are checked by the first control of quality when the
boss of the rolling room picks up each worker's norm.
Here in the
department of control of quality the day's works done by the cigar rollers
(which have a code that identifies each worker) are weighed and measured
and also thickness and hardness are checked.
After having
revised the production the cigars are stored in the conditioning room
during 72 hours, with artificial air conditioning that maintains a temperature
from 16-18 degrees.
Later on
they are taken to the table where the cigars are chosen according to their
tonalities that can be more than 67 types of colors.
After the
selection in the table the process of putting the cigar bands is carried
out and then to the containers.
