Hostal Brisa Sur
My review: Very beautiful casa, it's near Viazul station and near the center.
We have private bathroom and very interesting room.
Owner's of the casa are wonderful people
they are very friendly and you can ask them for everything.
We've been just one day in Cienfuegos , but this was the best host in Cuba that we met!

My review: La casa es excelente, hermosa y bien ubicada.
La comida que prepara Lili es riquísima.
Está todo muy limpio, la atención es excelente.
Pasé mis mejores días en aquella casa.

How was your room?: Mi habitación era muy confortable, linda y limpia.
How was the food they offer?: Exquisita!
Other services they offer: Nos ayudó para reservar una excursión, nos preparó los tragos que queríamos, se comportó como una verdadera anfitriona!
Other comments: En Cienfuegos para mí vale la pena ir a la casa de Valentín y Lili, volvería a elegirlos!

My review: Wow, Valentin and Lili are so friendly! The room is superclean, and big, and there is even a bath. The house looks fantastic on the inside, it's big! The food is delicious, don't hesistate to have diner here, we even had a dessert. We only stayed here 2 nights, but if we didn't had to go, we had stayed longer. It's close to the centre, and the couple is so helpful!

How was your room?: Superclean, with TV, a big closet, a bathroom with a bath.
How was the food they offer?: The breakfast and diner is very good, they give you a lot and of good quality. Because i don't eat meat, it was a little more difficult for them, but the meals were very good. We even had dessert, and it was also the only time I had tea at breakfast.
Other comments: They make you feel really welcome.

My review: Best Choice!!! Big colonial rooms, fabulous private bathroom. Open terrace for afternoon drinks and books. The most friendly couple in Cuba! Valentin and Lily make you feel at home. Homemade food and delicous breakfast and meals.
We,ve been travelling around Cuba for a month and this was the best Casa Particular in the Country.
Don´t hesitate!! You won´t be dissapointed.

How was your room?: The room is huge! private bathroom with bath tub, soap and fresh towels. Quiet and fresh. Large walls and windows. Super clean. Daily Housekeeping.
How was the food they offer?: You´ll need time to eat all!! Breakfast with fruit, juice, coffe, toasts, eggs, sandwiches, cake, homemade jam,etc. etc. is so good and you´ll feel so full that there´s no need to have lunch.
For dinner you can order anything you want. Starter, main courses (more than one), dessert (delicous Guayaba ice cream!)
Other services they offer: Best than a travel agency. You can order taxis from the casa particular, arrange excursions to El Nicho, Santa Clara, Castillo de Jagua, etc.
Other comments: You won´t regret it.

My review: Nous avons beaucoup apprecie notre sejour a CIENFUEGOS chez Valentin et Lili. La ville est tres agreable, tranquille, et l'accueil de nos hotes tres chaleureux. Maison tres propre, petis dejeuners copieux et varies. Les repas prepares par Lili et Valentin sont delicieux et bien meilleurs que dans les autres restaurants. Le crabe a la creole que nous avons deguste hier etait excellent. Une tres bonne adresse, ou on vous renseigne et ou on vous facilite les choses dans la bonne humeur et la gentillesse.

How was your room?: La chambre est agreable, avec salle de bain privee et AC et ventilateur. Tres propre, le menage est fait tous les jours, et tres calme car donnant sur le patio.
How was the food they offer?: Excellente, copieuse et variee .
Other services they offer: On peut faire des excursions ( a la plage, a la campagne) a un prix tres interessant grace a des connaissances de nos hotes.
Other comments: Une tres bonne adresse pour entrer en relation avec une famille cubaine ouverte et chaleureuse.

My review: I stayed at Hostal Brisa Sur with my boyfriend for 3 night and immediately felt home. I will recommend this place to everyone!! Lili and Valentin are such wonderful and hearty hosts! One of the biggest highlight of our trip in Cuba. The meals were just the most amazing we had during our whole stay on the island. If you look for a real experience I can just recommend it. Perfectly situated in Cienfuegos, centrally located and you can walk to all the major attractions; even after dark we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The rooms were super clean and they made us very nice breakfasts, healthy and delicious, be sure to try their freshly made juice! We hope to visit Cuba again. It was an amazing trip and we met some very lovely people. We loved Cienfuegos, so if we do make it back we will most definitely stay with Lili and Valentin.

How was the food they offer?: One of the biggest highlight of our trip in Cuba. The meals were just the most amazing we had during our whole stay on the island. If you look for a real cultural experience I can just recommend it.
If Lili mimes a chicken she is asking if you would like an egg for breakfast

Hostal Brisa Sur Cienfuegos
My review: "Awesome Place in the Heart of Cienfuegos"
We stayed at Hostal Brisa Sur for several days and thought it was perfect in every way. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. The hosts made us feel very welcome and prepared delicious meals. Every morning we had big plates of tropical fruits, breads, eggs and excellent coffee. Lily and Valentin were very kind to us and gave lots of valuable information about the city and they did everything possible to make us feel happy -- and we certainly were happy. The neighborhood is great - a typical Cienfuegos Street where we quickly felt at home and experienced the special magic of the country. Everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance, including The Malecon. We plan to go back again as soon as possible.

My review: When we arrived in Cuba was not in the plans to go to Cienfuegos. We had to change our programming and with it come the cozy house of Valentin and Lili. Only the friendliness of the owners already have been well worth it. But beyond that, the house is very quiet, comfortable and great food! Much much better than hotel! Unfortunately we can not get more, but it sure will be in our plans when we go back to Cuba. Lili and Valentin, thanks!
