Sol cayo Santa Maria is located on the island Cayo Santa Maria,
in the Bahia de Buenavista ecosystem, declared by UNESCO as a “Biosphere
Reserve”; in a setting rich with endemic species protected
by a beach of incomparable beauty, with more than ten kilometers
of fine white sand and a sea of varying shades of blue.
The key is united to the mainland by an impressive causeway, an
engineering feat over 48 km long and 46 bridges, worthy of the Puente
Alcantara Award, that takes travelers to Remedios, a colonial town
with its parrish church and to Santa Clara, seat of the Ernesto
Che Guevara Memorial. This highway crosses crystalline and tranquil
waters and keys, where travelers can observe hawks, pelicans and
the amazing pink flamingo.

Villa Zeida
Rural chalet with two tiled and wooden levels, and a balcony on the second level surrounding the entire facility. Located 100 m westwards of Sol Cayo Santa María Hotel, this fabulous place has two entrances, one from the hotel interior and the other from the road that passes in front.
The villa is designed exclusively for couples and has a bedroom with an extra king-sized bed in the second floor. Likewise, it also has a bathroom with a sun roof and a sitting room-study. The receiving room, the kitchen, another bathroom and the dining room with a table for 6 are on the first level. Despite the fact that lodging is designed for two, couples may invite anyone else staying at the hotel to lunch or dine, at an extra cost.
The whole house is decorated with works by famous Cuban painter Zaida del Río, making your stay here a pleasure between leisure, enjoyment and culture.
