Casa Hostal Sonia
The room was clean and comfortable. The hostess Sonia was very kind and warm-hearted. There was a laundry space in front of the room and it was convenient for a traveller. The room was on the 2nd floor and independent from the host. It was cozy. Anyway I had a nice time in this casa.

How was your room?: The room was clean and comfortable.
The room was on the 2nd floor and independent from the host. It was cozy.
How was the food they offer?: Fruits were fresh and tasty.
Coffee was very good.
Every food was nice.

En varias oportunidades he estado en camaguey y esta casa me impacto por la calidad humana tan grande y buena de estas personas que con un trato especial hacen todo para que te sientas a gusto. Tiene 2 habitaciones totalmente independiente climatizadas , con su baño privado cada una ,terraza , Tv , nevera etc ... a pesar de estar muy cerca del centro es un lugar muy tranquilo de momento te sientes como en casa , la limpieza excelente y la comida wow!! espectacular.

Me and a friend have stayed on 2 occasions at this lovely casa in Camaguey. The rooms are 25 CUC a night, with 8 CUC dinner and 4 CUC breakfast. The food was the best I have had in Cuba!
The casa is not easy to find, but Wilfredo (the husband of host Sonia), was waiting for us with a sign at the entrance of the town to guide us to the casa.
The lady host Sonia in the casa was among the friendliest I have met, giving us many tips and a map of the labyrinth old town of Camaguey. She speaks only Spanish, but she has a very clear pronuncation and is easy to understand for people like us with only a basic command of the language.
The rooms are clean, have a fridge, tv and airco and a small terrace outside with a view over the rooftops of the old town. All in all a definite 5 stars for this great casa!
