Casa Angele & Luis
My review: One of the nicest locations in Cuba,and the hosts are most friendly.
How was your room?: Excelent,free of dust, fresh and airconditioned with ensuite;a comfortable double room,bedlinnen changed frequenly. WE travelled all over, slept at various addresses but this was one of the best and we tell all our friends about it.
How was the food the offer?: Our hosts master the art of preparing Cuban dishes ,so we looked forward to every meal which was somewhat special,first of all to the sense of vision,the way in which they were presented,the beautiful spicy odours and then the rich savoury tastes. We often had a second helping !!

Casa Angela Y Luis
My review: Excellent. The owners were really friendly and helpful. I had some trouble with transport getting to and from the cayos which meant I had to at first change my reservation to arrive at 1am and then the next day. Angela responded to every message I sent which I know costs a lot in Cuba and nothing was any trouble. I was met at the bus station by a driver who took me to the casa which cost 5$.
There was always a choice of food and what time you wanted it.
A mini bar/fridge in the bedroom well stocked. Good air conditioning and fan. Private bathroom.
The owners always invited me to sit and watch TV and were very helpful with directions.
The casa was only 5 blocks walk to the main shopping street.
I had my own key to the room but the owners were very accommodating for me returning late after a night out in Camaguey.
Food was excellent and much more than needed. A choice of eggs, bread or omelete for breakfast with fruit, juice and coffee.
Cuban rice with a choice of pork, chicken or shrimps with salad and the very nice banana chips.
Internet was available and much cheaper than going to an internet cafe.
Laundry service was also available or if you washed your own things, Angela was more than happy to hang it out for drying.
I would definitely stay here again.

Casa Angela y Luis
My review: We had made a reservation at another casa on this street and despite confirming that morning, they had already given our room away by our arrival in the evening, but Angela and Luis were more than happy to accommodate us even at 11.30pm! Since there was 3 of us and we didnt want to be split up there even moved another bed into the one room they have (plent big enough). They are just like your granparents and were very sweet and helpful.
Breakfast was very yummy and they couldnt of been more accommodating. They even provided us with free snacks when we stayed in on a rainy afternoon!
Highly recommended

Casa Angela y Luis
My review: I visited a couple of houses in cuba and for me 'Casa Angela y Luis ' is one of the best ones in Cuba.
They are friendly and hospitable, Angela and Luis became real friends. Everytime i visit Camaguey i visit them.
How was your room?: The room is very comfortable, a good bed and airconditioning which made for a perfect nights rest. A refrigerator in the room was a pleasant luxury as i could keep food and drinks close and cool. The toilet and shower are very clean and up to a good standard.
How was the food the offer?: the food was cooked every day to my personal request and taste..
compared to other simular stays elsewhere it cost a little less and was more tasty, i liked the food very much, rather than any restaurant in Camaguey.
