My review: Delightful hosts, who despite speaking little English (and us speaking little Spanish!) did everything they could to make us comfortable, and help us out with directions etc. We stayed here for two nights on our way heading East, and rebooked for a night on the way back, as we enjoyed it so much. Thankyou so much to Reinaldo and Miriam. We'd love to go back and stay again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the beautiful and fascinating city of Camaguey.

How was your room?: Three of us stayed in one of the bedrooms available. Very spacious and comfortable. Two double beds, television, kitchen area with fridge and sink. Private bathroom with hot and cold water, and a good shower. Wonderful terrace upstairs, (with rocking chairs and table) where you can relax and watch Cuban life from.
How was the food they offer?: Excellent breakfast: coffee, juices, an array of tropical fruit, bread, jams, cheese and ham toasted sandwiches.. very filling! We ate one evening meal here, which was also of a very high standard: we requested fish, which the owner went to buy fresh from the market, served along with homemade soup and the usual Criolla accompaniments. Far superior to other restaurants we ate at in the town.
Other services they offer: The owner was more than happy to ring other casas we had booked, to confirm our reservations.
Other comments: We had already reserved a casa in Camaguey (Yaneva) through cuba-junky, which we comfirmed days before arrival again. On arrival, the owners told us in a brisk manner that no such confirmation had occurred. We were then passed on to Casa Bada, which thankfully had much more friendly hosts, looked nicer inside, and was situated closer to the historical centre.

My review: They advertise quiet, comfort and privacy, and they deliver on all counts. A nice big room with 2 beds (double and single), private bathroom with hot water and a sitting area. Best part? A patio in a tropical garden. Quiet neighbourhood on the south side of the city. Close to the medical university. Garage available on-site.
Great hosts who speak a bit of English and some Russian. The house is very clean and well-kept. We were visiting friends so didn't have the breakfast offered (3 CUC per person) but if the rest of the stay was any indication, it'll be a good meal. We're going back in a few months.

This casa is centrally located .you can walk to the most tourist attractions in Camaguey. Within the short distance from the Casa. There are few bars and restaurants. The owner Rosa can help you with everything.

How was your room?: The room was clean, big and with a very high ceiling. you don't feel hot even the air con is off. Nice private washroom with good water pressure. TV with DVD and there is a seperate dinner room.
How was the food the offer?: The breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit juice.For extra $5cuc,Rosa make you a nice Cuban homemade dinner.
Other comments: I would recommend this place for the people that want to see the Camaguey by foot.

Manolo is a very friendly casa-owner. He directly went to get us fresh Cristal's!
Manolo's wife is a fantastic cook who made us a very good meal.
A car park was available just around the corner for 2 CUC.

We stayed for one night in this casa. Friendly owner, good food and clean. Nice rooms with private bathroom (with hot water). Even your own fridge in your room. Garage for car nearby (for 2 CUC). Price 25 CUC per night, breakfast 4 CUC per person, special diner 10 CUC

Freddy and his wife are a young couple who offers two large rooms with AC, each one with bathroom (wc, shower, hot water), in the house they have just finished to bulid. The house is very clean and beautiful, in a calm street,well-located (you can walk to the center).
I also recomend this casa because of the garden (see the photos).
The price is 20 CUC per night. It is possible to park a car in the yard.

on the first floor, Ivan and Lucy live downstairs,
no private entrance.
Appartement:
Livingroom with TV and CD player, big bedroom with
1 X double bed and 1 X singlebed, bathroom with toilet
bath and shower, small hallways with fridge, big private
terrace, airco and ceilingvan.
Ivan and Lucy only speak Spanish but Lucy's brother
is often in the house and speaks German. All are very
helpfull and dog Simba is a cuty.
Good food which is served in a beautiful patio garden
with fountain and bar.
Garage available for 2 cuc per day. All very neat
and clean, one of the best places where we have stayed.
